Review: "Costco's Viral Pillow Solves the BIGGEST Problem With Your Bedspread"

Image
https://www.goodhousekeeping.com/home-products/a67948973/costco-viral-wedge-pillow/ Hello, Gang! ✨ The article from GoodHousekeeping about Costco’s viral wedge pillow is interesting to read, especially for people who love home products and small hacks for comfort. It clearly explains the main function of the pillow, solving the annoying gap between the mattress and the headboard. This makes the product sound useful and relatable, especially with a price that’s still affordable for many readers. From the audience side, the article works well because it talks directly to shoppers who want comfort and simple solutions. The examples, like losing remotes or masks in the bed gap, feel very relatable. But at the same time, the focus is a bit narrow. It would be more inclusive if the article also gave tips for beginners who don’t know what a wedge pillow is, or explained other benefits like helping people with back pain or different sleep habits. Creativity in the writing is good but still s...

Review: "The 12 Tenses in English Explained with Examples"

Image
https://www.busuu.com/en/english/tenses Hi, Gang!๐Ÿ‘‹๐Ÿป As a student, I often look for clear resources to improve my English. When I found Busuu’s page about the 12 tenses, I thought it was very helpful. The explanations are simple, the formulas are clear, and the examples make it easier to understand how each tense works. Still, I feel the article could be more audience-friendly. It’s very informative, but sometimes it feels a bit too formal. I think it would be even better if it gave examples from daily life—like how we use tenses in chats, on social media, or in class presentations. That way, learners like me can really connect the grammar to real situations. The format is also quite standard, mostly text and formulas. As a reader, I would enjoy it more if there were creative elements like short quizzes, dialogue samples, or even a quick story using different tenses. Visually, it could also use more highlights, tables, or infographics to make it easier to scan, especially when we are ...

Review: "When Something Has to Change: How to Push Yourself to Take Action" on Tiny Buddha

Image
https://tinybuddha.com/blog/something-has-to-change-push-yourself-take-action/?fromterm=5768 Hello, Gang!๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป I recently came across an article on Tiny Buddha titled “When Something Has to Change: How to Push Yourself to Take Action” by Megan Forrest. It’s a heartfelt piece that blends personal storytelling with motivational insight, and while I found it inspiring, I also noticed a few areas where it could be improved. Here’s my take. 1. Audience Focus The piece is undoubtedly personal and heartfelt, but at times it leans too heavily on the author’s own story. While this makes the narrative relatable, it doesn’t fully speak to the broader audience’s diverse struggles or contexts. To strengthen its reach, the storytelling could be balanced with more audience-centered tips, such as adding reflection prompts, small exercises, or practical steps for readers facing similar challenges. This way, the article becomes not just a story about the writer, but a guide that empowers readers to see ...

Is Social Media Helping or Hurting Our Confidence?

Image
Social media has become a big part of our daily lives. From the moment we wake up, many of us instinctively check our phones, scrolling through updates, liking posts, and catching up on stories. It’s entertaining, informative, and often inspiring. But behind all the fun, a question lingers: is social media actually helping us build confidence, or is it quietly tearing it down?  There are definitely positive sides. Social media gives people a voice, no matter who they are or where they come from. It can be empowering to share ideas, achievements, and even daily moments with an audience who supports us. A single post can spark encouragement, connection, and even new opportunities. For some, it’s a safe space to express themselves in ways they may not feel comfortable doing offline. However, the downsides are hard to ignore. Social media is also filled with perfectly curated images, highlight reels, and filtered lifestyles. Comparing ourselves to these “perfect” versions of others c...
